LTC with XZ-Axis
20 Mei 2019We have supplied our modular linear unit LTC with an XZ-axis.
Almotion has again delivered a nice linear unit LTC to its customer. The LTC is used by our customer which is specialized in custom machine construction, stamps and tools. From design to finished product, they build and install production lines and tools for punching, bending, milling and sawing profiles, sheet or coil. The customer has asked Almotion to deliver a fast and reliable transducer in the form of an X-axis and Z-axis. With the application of the LTC we were able to offer a fast and customer-oriented solution.
The linear unit LTC is a modular unit provided with a tooth belt system. This tooth belt system distinguishes itself by its many application options. This tooth belt system can also be combined with other systems.
We have extensive experience with these linear units and they can be used in many ways in machine construction. Below we give you the exact characteristics of our linear unit:
- Extremely resistant to pollution
- Hardened and ground V-shaped running wheels
- Tooth belt type At10 in 16, 25 or 50 mm wide
- Standard extrusion profiles of 45x90, 45x135 or 90x90 mm
- Available in a version with stainless steel suitable for the food industry
- Linear guidance by means of hardened running wheels over hardened shafts
