Terms and conditions
The delivery conditions from Almotion BV always apply to all our deliveries and / or services as filed with the Chamber of Commerce Arnhem. Expressly, different terms are rejected.
The installation and maintenance manual in the Dutch language is the original user's manual. User manuals in other languages are considered as translations of the original installation and maintenance manual.

Please pay attention to the following delivery terms:
| Prices: | Offered prices are always without obligations. If prices changes occur, we always reserve the right to immediately implement this change in the sales price. |
| Delivery times: | Are always indicative given based on information from the manufacturer. Almotion BV can not give any guarantee or accept liability in case the delivery time not can be accomplished. |
| Delivery: | Off Elst (GLD) up to 30KG, length transport (above 1,8m.) must be taken care of yourself. Transportation from goods is always at the expense and risk of the customer. |
| Shipping costs: | €7,50 per package up to 30KG. |
| Payment: | Before delivery or within 30 days net. (subject to approval of credit insurance). |
| Order surcharge: | For orders with a net order value of less than €150.00, we calculate €12.50 for administration, packing and other costs. |
| Property reservation: | All delivered goods are and stay property of Almotion BV until the invoice has been paid in full. |
