Standard Lt80S unit with special carriage

Recently we produced standard Lt80S units, but slightly different, to a customer of ours in machine construction. For an application with high forces on the linear unit, it was necessary to place more guide carriages. In addition, they needed to be at a larger distance from each other to adsorb the high loads.

This was a bit of a challenge. We have tackled this issue and solved it by providing the Lt80S unit with a longer slide; a length of 500 mm. Internally there are two standard slides, each with two ballscrew carts of size -20-. This ensures that large forces can be handled.

The linear units are fitted with external grease nipples as standard. This allows the internal guide to be re-lubricated, without dismantling. We have retained the lubrication function in this version. All four carts can be greased from the outside.

Linear unit Lt80S
Almotion has been producing the Lt60S and Lt80S units for over 2 years. The linear unit of the Lt80S series can be supplied with an internal profile rail guide. The width of the profile is 80 mm and the slide can be supplied with a length of 220 or 280 mm. The unit is equipped with a toothed belt type 32 AT10. In addition, it has an internal recirculating ball rail guide size -20- and an internal lubrication system.
