Rapid retrofit of a linear unit

Today we have a video  for you  of a super fast conversion of our existing linear unit LT80. At Almotion we are able to quickly convert existing linear units to one that meets the end customer's wishes and requirements. In this video you can see that an existing unit of the LT80 series is provided with a protection band. This steel protection band tape ensures that less contamination can enter the unit. A nice upgrade and very quickly converted in our own production hall.

Linear unit LT80 series
The linear unit of the LT80 series is a compact unit with an internal guide. The width of the profile is 80 mm. The LT80 contains an internal recirculating ball rail guide and is designed for heavy loads. The unit is equipped with magnetic switches in the T-slot for position detection. In addition, the toothed belt unit is driven with a type 32 AT10. We can tailor this linear unit to customer requirements.
