LTC with mega carriage

This week we have another fine example of engineering: an LTC linear unit with a mega-sized carriage! The length of the slide is no less than 1330 mm! This linear unit is used in a bakery machine to move a heavy handling arm horizontally back and forth.

This is our linear unit LTC-TR-G20. Because the load is so enormous, we opted for 6 guide wheels. The guide wheels and guide shafts are made of stainless steel X90, hardened and ground. In terms of timing belt, we selected a 50 mm wide AT10 from Brecoflex.

Versatile LTC unit

We have been making our modular LTC linear unit for over 20 years. This linear unit is very popular due to its versatility in applications. This linear unit is highly resistant to contamination and is even available in a stainless steel version. In recent years we made the LTC for different sectors. We have made this system for, among other things, butcher shops, nurseries, sewing machines, transport systems and bakeries.
