LT2 Unit with stainless steel rail guide

We have once again been able to achieve something great by building LT2 modules with stainless steel guides. This LT2 unit has aluminum base parts and all steel parts have been replaced by stainless steel materials. Since 2006, we have been making this design for packaging machines in the food industry with good results.

The standard LT2 series is a robust compact 'open' linear unit of our own production with the following features:

• profile rail guide with ball carriages or castor guide
• toothed belt driven, type 16 AT10
• compact design
• well resistant to contamination
• stainless steel parts possible
• customization is easy to perform
