Linear unit for cleaning hospital beds

Cleaning hospital beds is a profession in itself. Until recently, these beds were cleaned manually, which is quite expensive. There is often a shortage of qualified personnel to do this. A 'bed wash line' was recently developed for this purpose to automate this cleaning process (thermal cleaning using steam). Our linear unit LT2 is used in this renewed "car wash". The linear unit moves the scanner while the bed is entered to check that it is entered correctly.

Linear unit LT2

Three types of the LT2 series are available:

• Linear unit which is provided with a running wheel guide
• Linear unit which is provided with a profile rail guide with a single carriage
• Linear unit which is provided with a profile rail guide with double carriages

The LT2 is a robust, compact, open linear unit and can be used in many applications. Great about this linear unit is that it lends itself well to being made to measure.
