Linear units used to make filter elements

Two types of linear units from Almotion are used in a filter candle machine. With these machines filter elements are made. With the help of the linear units, the speeds and also the thickness of the filter is determined. On the video you will see a rope being spooled around the filter element.

Maintenance linear units after 15 years

15 years ago, Almotion delivered two lineair units to a machine builder. Almotion delivered two parallel LT2 guidewheels. One linear unit is a driven unit LT2-TR-G8 with a toothed belt and the other unit acted as a guide unit. The units were placed in a fulltime printing machine and only now do the guide wheels need  to be replaced.

LTC with XZ-axis

We have supplied our modular linear unit LTC with an XZ-axis to our customer. The LTC is used b tour customer which is specialized in custom machine construction, stamps and tools. They asked use to deliver a fast and reliable transducer in the form of an X-axis and Z-axis. With the application of the LTC we were able to offer a fast and customer-oriented solution.
