New stainless steel unit: LTi45

New added to our range: the linear unit LTi45! A robust linear unit with stainless steel guidewheels or guide rail. In February we already came up with a new design in stainless steel. A linear drive that has been specially developed for the food industry. This linear unit is built on the basis of our modular unit; the LTC. This unit has now been developed in stainless steel and is very suitable for the food industry.

Under the name LTi 45, this Series is added to our delivery program. The linear unit has been further developed and is available with a full stainless steel guide wheel. The end caps and the profile have a more compact design.

The LTi45 is a linear unit with an open design. The engineering was aimed at making this unit as open as possible. With this open structure all components can be cleaned excellently. The profile is 45 mm wide. The guide system included hardened wheels or recirculating rail guide, size -20-. The linear unit is also available with a double carriage design for high loads. In addition, the unit is equipped with a toothed belt type AT10, 16 mm wide, in FDA blue version. The C45 guide wheel system is very resistant to pollution. The recirculating ball rail guide is also especially for heavy loads. All components are made of stainless steel and intended for use in the food business.
