Almotion has made an LT55 suitable for a Cleanroom!

This LT55 is a unique divisible linear unit. It has a total length of 360 cm and contains a special toothed belt. The ball carriages used here have been treated in a special way. The unit is pre-assembled and inspected. To get the unit in place, it must pass through an airlock in connection with the Cleanroom. That is why this unit has been made divisible.

To make this linear unit suitable for Cleanroom, it was taken to a special company. This company specializes in Cleanroom Cleaning and packing of components. The customer uses this unit to move a large mass. This move is done manually.

The advantage is that this is a standard unit. As a result, this unit is also attractive in terms of price. We make this standard LT55 specifically tailored to the customer.
