Linear technology in the semiconductor industry
25 Maart 2021This week we delivered another nice set of LT80 linear units to a machine builder in the semiconductor industry. As many as 10 linear units of our LT80 series are used in an elevator system. These series LT80 units are equipped with special end caps, specially made to customer requirements.
By integrating this hinge part into the end cap, the installation size has become much smaller and the number of components in the machine has been reduced. These LT80 units have been used for some time by this customer with specific wishes in high-quality machines and have proven themselves as robust and reliable linear modules.
Linear unit LT80
Our LT80 series linear unit is a compact and semi-closed linear unit. The width of the profile is 80 mm. The unit contains an internal recirculating ball rail guide with a frame size -20-, which is especially good for heavy loads. This linear guide system is timing belt driven with timing belt type 32 AT10. In addition, various mounting accessories are available as standard.
