Linear spindle unit used for industrial frying pan.

In this video you see an industrial frying pan that is automatically set to bake fries. A spindle unit is used, to bring a bowl of fries slowly into the fat. After a pre-set cooking time, the unit will automatically raise the fried fries.

Spindle units

A spindle unit has been used for this fryer to lower the bowl of fries into the fat. A linear spindle is used to realize a movement of a carriage from A to B through an X, Y or Z-axis. In linear technology, a toothed belt is often used.

This projects was realized in corporation with De Kuiper Horeca in Woerden. The company focuses on fryers. Soon they will continue as Bien Cuit in the frying market.
